Approved BARC solar project agreement with revisions as noted.

Appointed Mary Dressler as student representative to the School Board for a one year term SY2017-2018.

Authorized grant application submission of Title I-A, Title II-A, Title III-A, and REAP by July 1, 2017.

Approved submission of the Special Education Annual Plan for Title VI B-Section 611 Flow-Through and Section 619 Preschool funding for 2017-2018.

Approved the 2017-2020 Technology Plan as presented.

Certified that Bath County Schools met an allowable provision for a pre-Labor Day opening of the 2017-2018 school year.

Approved non-resident student application guidelines as presented.

Approved VSBA policies EFB, EFB-R, JHCF, JHCF-R as presented.  (Policy JHCH and JHCH-R will be presented for approval before school).

Authorized the superintendent to request a transfer of funds in the amount of $54,000 from the Instruction category to Transportation.
