Instructional staff are surveyed one or more times per year to help determine their professional development needs and to evaluate the success of our technology integration initiatives. Recent results suggest:
The tablet computer technology integration program remains popular with staff. Now that over 80% of teachers have completed the program, these teachers are seeking additional professional development topics through shorter, more focused workshops on specific skills/programs. These teachers use technology on a daily basis to help accomplish their instructional goals.
Teachers are asking for additional tools to help them aggregate data for instructional decision-making, such as those used with the Interactive Achievement program.
